After months of hearing a friend say, you have to try the box and being completely frustrated at paying a ridiculous amount of money and never finding anything to watch on tv, I made the call to Dave. When we first got our Pangaea and Dave spent the time explaining it to us, we were afraid to touch it for about 6 hours as it just seemed so overwhelming but it wasn’t really it was just a new way of accessing the programs we wanted to watch plus so much more including movies, music and channels galore. After overcoming our fear we realised we suddenly at the world at our finger tips, new programs and the latest movies, plus channels from all over especially my favourite, the U.K. It was like Christmas in February but with so much choice finding the time to watch became the challenge. What I haven’t mentioned though and something which is crucial to your experience with the Pangaea is Dave. He is there to support you no matter what. It’s not about being put on hold or having to summon the energy for the dreaded call to Telus or Shaw, Dave is there and no question is too trivial or if you forget how to do something he doesn’t make you feel stupid or unimportant for asking again. Personally, it’s reassuring knowing he’s a text, phone call or email away. We love our Pangaea box and with regular updates constantly improving the system and Dave as your support, you can’t go wrong. Don’t, wait like we did, get the box, you’ll be glad you did!
